We license several software products and then pass their capabilities on to you, minus the sometimes prohibitive licensing fees and annual support contracts. In addition to providing access to these online tools, we include training so you know how to use the system, manage attendees and get the information you need when you need it. You use the software the way that best suits you, and we fill in with a broad array of services for web design, reporting, call center support, and even onsite attendee care.

If learning yet another software program is not your thing, we offer an extended service package for a nominal charge. You will receive updates on the progress of your meeting, custom reports e-mailed to you in Excel format, and full management of your attendees.
